Thanks Sean! I have been cringing every time I print on 44'' canvas and lose 8'' off the beginning of every print. I think updating the firmware fixed this!

Thank you again Lexjet's wonderful staff!

Just a comment on your video production. We also have music in our office, so when I viewed your video your music in the background was very annoying. I see that on a lot of peoples videos. They think they need music. It usually gets in the way.
I really do appreciate your making these videos available. It gives me an idea for products we can make and how it is done. Thanks.

Hi Aaron,

Do a search on "Gator Grip universal socket" and I think you'll find what you're looking for.

Good article. Thanks. I can guess you've left an extra staple under the canvas at least once too. Aaron the screws go by either "eye screws" or "fish eye screws" and should be available at a hardware store such as Ace or hobby store such as Hobby Lobby or Michaels.

This is a very informative article. I really appreciate the detail as I have never attempted canvas before. I wish they would have taught me this in art school! I do have a question, though. I have been trying to find the bit you use for the eye screws without much luck. Most hardware stores just give me a blank stare. Do you happen to know what it is called, or maybe where you bought it? Thanks again.

Regan, I'm flattered by your comments on the post! You're absolutely on target--your customers want to get their message out--having the greatest impact possible. Sales people can set themselves apart, helping their customers understand how to do this.

Thanks sharing my post with your audience! Regards, Dave
